Nestled in a private mansion of over 1,700 m², this exceptional residence offers a reimagined historical setting to accommodate 46 residents. #1 Nancy Antoinette: an exceptional residence at the heart of history
Before: Nancy Antoinette was a private mansion with an impressive architectural heritage, but ill-suited to modern use. The vast spaces were unsuitable for residential use, and although the building possessed undeniable historic cachet, it lacked the functionality to meet the needs of today's residents.
After: the challenge of the renovation was to preserve the period features while creating comfortable private spaces for each resident. A new building was also constructed to create additional housing. The mansion was intelligently divided into 42 rooms and 4 studios, each equipped with a private bathroom. The vaulted ceilings, mouldings and period fireplaces have been preserved, while modern facilities such as a fitness room and projection room have been integrated into the former cellars without altering the spirit of the place. This creates a harmony between the elegance of the past and contemporary needs, offering residents a living environment that combines heritage and modernity.

#2 The Antoinette Restaurant: a culinary gem in the former stables
Before: the former stables of the town house were a relic of the past, unused for decades. Although the space had unique potential, it needed a complete overhaul to accommodate modern activities.
After: these stables have been transformed to house the Antoinette restaurant, a space that embodies conviviality and gourmet delights. The restaurant offers refined cuisine made with fresh produce, creating a place where residents and locals can meet up and chat in an elegant and warm setting. The original architectural features, such as the boxes that have become tables and benches, have been skilfully preserved to maintain the authenticity of the place.

#3 A coworking space: between tradition and modernity
Before: the coworking spaces, located in the historical part of the residence, were once living quarters. Although they had unique architectural potential, they lacked the layout and equipment necessary to accommodate contemporary professionals.
After: these spaces have been carefully restored to reflect the authenticity of the era. Today, they offer an inspiring setting where coworkers can immerse themselves in an environment conducive to creativity and collaboration. The walls adorned with original tapestries and the large windows let in abundant natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. By integrating modern equipment while respecting the historical aesthetic, these coworking spaces embody the spirit of the place while meeting the needs of today’s young professionals.
