Sharies opens a new residence, Massy Village Gambetta, for up to 40 residents

After Paris, Juvisy-sur-Orge and Vitry-sur-Seine opened in the last half of 2023, France's managed housing expert continues its expansion and opens Massy Village Gambetta, its 14th residence (in France and Belgium) located in the historic heart of Massy.

The culmination of a project for which construction began in October 2021, this new living space has been developed in partnership with Audacia, one of the pioneers in the financing of coliving residences, and developer Atome. It equips the city of Massy with an innovative residential offering that meets the needs of tenants with diverse profiles: young executives, mobile professionals, digital nomads, students, or even geographic singles.

Following this opening, Sharies plans to deliver five new residences over the next six months, including three in the Paris region (Paris 15th, Asnières and Bagneux) and two in the regions (Lille and Reims).

Massy Village Gambetta: a shared housing model offering services tailored to the needs of today's tenants

Built on a former farm, Massy Village Gambetta is a peaceful hamlet close to Paris. Within five shared homes, the spaces have been carefully equipped and fitted out by Sharies' teams of architects. In addition to 500sqm of outdoor space, the residence features a gym, a coworking space, parking and laundry facilities, all accessible to all residents.

Massy Village Gambetta can accommodate up to 40 tenants and offers different types of accommodation, adapting to the needs of its mainly active, urban residents:

  • Shared apartments: the residence offers three ranges of single rooms: Cosy, Premium and First. Almost all rooms have an en-suite shower room, and all have access to the common areas and services offered by Sharies.

  • Individual apartments: Massy Village Gambetta also offers two independent studio apartments. These 20m² spaces can accommodate two people and also benefit from all services.

Prices for apartments at Massy Village Gambetta start at €790 (all inclusive) for the Cosy room. What's more, these apartments are eligible for APL and ALS.
