Conceived as a living space open to the neighborhood, Sharies caters for all aspects of daily life, with a residence concept offering turnkey housing, extensive communal areas, a host of services, regular events and a unique catering concept.
Next June, in Vanves, just outside Paris, in partnership with the project investor Audacia and developer Atome, the first Sharies residence of its kind, Vanves Marceau, will open.

An ideal location
Sharies is opening its first mixed-use residence in the Île-de-France region, in Vanves. With its attractive location on the outskirts of Paris, residents and users of the area will find a cardio/muscular fitness center and group classes, a screening room, laundry facilities and an events area open to the public. Everything you need for the Sharies experience!
Architectural intent
"Our approach to the development of the Vanves Marceau residence in Vanves was to preserve the resolutely contemporary spirit of its construction, carried out by Atelier d'Architecture 2A," emphasizes Colombe Quelet, architect at Sharies.
The characteristics of the project's facades, with their rectilinear lines, white and bright blue hues and metallic details, are repeated in the interior design.
"Luminosity and simplicity have been given pride of place, so that everyone can make their private space their own, before meeting up in the shared spaces," recalls Augustin Midon, co-founder of Sharies.
Residents can let off steam in a fitness room with a fresco painted by graffiti artist Nasty, enjoy a cozy movie night or telework at Marceau, the adjoining event space!

New catering concept
On the first floor of the residence will open an event space, Marceau, with a unique identity as a coworking space.

The Sharies housing offer
Simple, rich and flexible, Sharies offers "turnkey" housing that's both attractive and functional. Easily accessible from your cell phone, you can join Sharies for as little as one month's rent on an all-inclusive basis: subscriptions and energy consumption, insurance, WiFi, cleaning, linen, household products, as well as access to the residence's common areas, events and services - everything is included!
The residence includes 57 keys divided between individual studios and private rooms with en suite shower rooms in shared apartments with 5 or 6 rooms.

Future projects
Three major new sites will be delivered from September onwards, including two in the 15th arrondissement of Paris and one in Nancy, in an exceptional historic building complex in the heart of the city, Nancy Antoinette.
The next openings will double the number of keys in operation by the end of this year.
