Conceived as a living space open to the city, Sharies is a multi-purpose real estate concept offering turnkey rental housing, extensive communal spaces, a wide range of services, a regular program of events, as well as coworking and restaurant spaces open to the public.
Next January, Nancy Antoinette, the first Sharies residence of its kind in the region, will open its doors on a 1,800m² site in the heart of Nancy, within a complex of exceptional historic buildings that have been completely redeveloped.

An ideal location
Sharies is opening its first mixed-use residence in the Nancy region, right in the historic heart of the city and just a few hundred meters from the emblematic Place Stanislas. This is an ideal location for a development open to all, combining housing, workspaces, restaurants and events.
Architecture
"The architectural intention was to revive this family home, steeped in history and memories, by sublimating the existing structure while blending different eras. Period moldings and parquet floors blend seamlessly with contemporary furniture in the old mansion, while raw concrete walls harmonize with antique pieces from the 1950s in the new building", emphasizes Colombe Quelet, architect at Sharies.
A place full of history, which through its programming makes available to the public a rich overview of Nancy's heritage. A fine example, too, of the expertise and know-how of Sharies' in-house design and architecture teams, who have carefully worked out the layout, design and decoration (including a lot of reused furniture), while preserving the nature and history of the building: monumental staircase, porte cochère, stained glass windows, exceptional wallpapers... Finally, a technically remarkable achievement, combining renovation, restructuring and construction work in a particularly constrained historical context.

Catering concept
In the heart of the residence, distributed around an intimate interior courtyard and garden, opens a dining space with a unique identity: Antoinette. Open to residents, locals and users of the neighborhood, Antoinette will offer a primarily local and convivial menu. The restaurant can accommodate up to 40 diners.
"Antoinette is an intimate place, on a human scale, with the ambition of mixing regulars and the curious in an authentic atmosphere where you simply feel good, out of sight", explains Julien Morville, CEO of Sharies.

Open from Tuesday to Saturday, Antoinette caters for different consumption times of the day with simple, quality cuisine, from lunch to dinner and snacks, and is enhanced by a brunch offer at weekends. A place where people can meet, share and enjoy each other's company, in a welcoming, uncluttered setting, this discreet neighborhood counter is committed to giving priority to local players and producers, so as to always offer fresh, seasonal food.
Coworking space
Designed, fitted out and equipped, accessible by the day or month through nomadic or private options, 53 workstations, shared spaces and a meeting room will occupy the generous volumes of the historic building's former reception rooms. Aimed at companies, employees or the self-employed, the workstations will be available from €200/month as part of an all-inclusive package including services, access to the residence's common areas, assistance and event programming.

Sharies' future projects
The next few months will see the delivery of more than 400 keys across France, including initial sites in Lille and Reims, as well as two new residences, both in the 15th arrondissement of Paris.
Sharies will also operate the housing and coworking facilities of the latest emblematic real estate project in the west of the capital, Paris 15 Biome. Deliveries scheduled for 2023 will bring the number of Sharies keys in operation to over 650 units.
